    A certain parcel of land situated in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, having a front of sixty and eight one-hundredths (60.08) feet front on the north side of Antonio Road, by a depth between parallel lines of one hundred ninety-six and four-tenths (196.4) feet. Bounded south by Antonio Road, north by a sixty-foot × one hundred-foot lot now or formerly owned by the West Baton Rouge Parish Parish Council as a water well site, east by land now or formerly owned by Albert S. Levert, and west by Lynndale Subdivision. Together with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto appertaining. Acquired as per act of sale recorded in Conveyance Book 63, Folio 447, Official Records of the Clerk of Recorder, West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

    The purchase of 2560 Court Street, Port Allen, Louisiana is described as follows:

    One certain tract or parcel of land, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining, situated in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, and containing thirty-one and forty-one-hundreds (31.40) acres more or less, and being more particularly described according to a map or plat made by William J. Dawson, Civil Engineer, under dated of November 10, 1958, and being more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at an iron pipe marking the southwest corner of Section 67, T7S-R12E, Southeastern District of Louisiana West of the Mississippi River, thence run North 87 degrees 48′ East a distance of 1809.9 feet to corner; thence run North 2 degrees 19′ West a distance of 237.5 feet to corner on the North side line of the right-of-way of Louisiana Highway 76; thence run south 88 degrees 00′30″ West a distance of 6337.08 feet to corner and point of beginning; thence run South 88 degrees 00′30″ West a distance of 460.96 feet to corner; thence run North 2 degrees 19′ West a distance of 2965.98 feet to corner; thence run North 87 degrees 42′30″ East a distance of 460.95 feet to corner; thence run South 2 degrees 19′ East a distance of 2968.66 feet to corner and point of beginning; and, in addition thereto, all of the right, title and interest of Mrs. Babette Cohn Golden in and to the land included in that portion of the right-of-way of Louisiana Highway 76 which adjoins the 31.40 acre tract described above and which is bounded on the East and West by a projection southward of the East and West side lines of the 31.40 acre tract described above, subject to the servitudes recorded in Conveyance Book in the Office of the Clerk of Court of West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

    Parcel I. A certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, lying, being and situated in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and being designated as Lot Two on a map entitled, Reno Acres, Map showing subdivision of two tracts of land located in Section 27, T8S-R12E, Town of Addis, West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. Lots 1 through 8 are on Reno Delapasse Estate. Lots 9 through 12 are on Hebert Delapasse, et als, dated July 5, 1978, and prepared by Alton J. Anderson, Registered Land Surveyor, and map being recorded in Map Book 2, Entry 93 of Record in the Clerk of Recorder's Office in the Parish of West Baton Rouge. Said Lot 2 containing 1.10 acres and measuring 100.44 feet on the east by a depth on the north of 311.29 feet, a depth on the south of 357.55 feet and 151.51 feet on the west. That certain lot or parcel of ground situated in that part of the City of Port Allen, Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, known as Sunnyside Subdivision, and designated on the official map of said subdivision on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder, West Baton Rouge Parish, as Lot Number Eleven (11) of Square Number Thirteen (13), said lot measuring 60 feet front on the north side of Louisiana Avenue, and having a depth between parallel lines of two hundred seven and one-half (207.5) feet. Together with all tights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto appertaining. Acquired as per Act of Record in C.B. 117, Folio 689, Entry 244, records of the Clerk of Recorder, West Baton Rouge Parish.     A certain lot or parcel of land located, lying and being situated in that part of the City of Port Allen, Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, known as Cohn Subdivision, and designated on the official map of said subdivision on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder for West Baton Rouge Parish as being Lot Number Seven of Square Forty-Two (42), Cohn Subdivision. Said lot measuring 60 feet front on Michigan Avenue by a depth between parallel lines of one hundred sixty-six and fifty-three hundredths (166.53) feet on its east line and of one hundred sixty-six and twenty-five hundredths (166.25) feet on its west line, together with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereto attached or in any wise thereto appertaining.

    The donation of real property located at 1880 Court Street, Port Allen, Louisiana is described as follows:

    A certain parcel of land situated in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, designated as 0.14 acres of a whole 16.0 acres of property in a long narrow tract, being 60 feet of width by a depth of approximately 100 feet, Parcel 40, Map 47 on the official records of the Tax Assessor for the Parish of West Baton Rouge.

    The donation of real property located at the dead end of Rambin Road in Brusly, Louisiana is described as follows:

    A certain parcel of land situated in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, designated Parcel 40, Map 47 on the official records of the Tax Assessor for the Parish of West Baton Rouge. The subject lot contains a total of 16.0 acres and is a long narrow tract of land that is currently encumbered by a power transmission line right-of-way across the entire ownership of the property. The required right-of-way involves a strip taking across the property and which bisects the property. The required right-of-way contains 0.916 acres in feet and an additional 0.227 acres in utilities servitude. The taking has 60 feet of width with an additional 10 feet of servitude area on each side of the required right-of-way area. There are no improvements located within the required right-of-way.

    The donation of real property located in Antonia Plantation Estates, Port Allen, Louisiana is described as follows:

    A certain tract or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, lying, being and situated in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, designated as being Lot Treatment Plant Site & Lift Station #2 for Antonia Plantation Estates and being located in Section 1, Tract S-2-A, R-12-E, 0.47 acres, on the map prepared by Patin Engineers, entitled "Final Plat of Antonia Plantation Estates Subdivision," dated May 13, 1999, said map recorded on May 22, 1999, at Map Book #4, Entry #272, Clerk and Recorder, West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

    A certain tract or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, lying, being and situated in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, designated as being Lot Treatment Plant Site & Lift Station for Brittany Estates and being located in Section 76, T7S, R12E, Lot 2-B, on the map prepared by Patin Engineers, entitled "Final Plat Showing Resubdivision of Lot 2, Brittany Estates into Lots 2-A & 2-B," dated November 29, 1999, said map recorded on April 27, 2000, at Map Book #4, Entry #325, Clerk and Recorder, West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

    The purchase of real property located at 11321 Section Road, Port Allen, Louisiana is described as follows:

    A certain tract or parcel of land, together with improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, lying and being in Section 19, T6S-R11E, containing 1.71 acres and being designated as Lot B on a map entitled "Final Plat Resubdivision of 6.0 acre tract into Lots A, B & C., for Immaculate Conception Church, 12364 Highway 416, Lakeland, La. 70752" dated May 17, 1994, prepared by Daryl B. Patin, RLS, having the dimensions as shown thereon.

    Said tract of land being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the intersection of the south right-of-way limit of La. Highway 620 with the west boundary line of Lot A herein described, thence S 0 degrees 02′E, 581.90 feet to a corner; thence S 89 degrees 59′W, 143.60 feet to a corner; thence N 0 degrees 01′W, 396.19 feet to a corner; thence N 88 degrees 55′E, 46.70 feet to a corner marked by a 48 inch diameter pecan tree, thence N 0 degrees 01′W, 183.0 feet to a point on the south right-of-way of La.     A certain tract or parcel of land designated as Lot 3 of the Dr. Isidore Cohn, Sr. Et Al. Property being located in Section Ninety-Two (92), Township Seven South (T-7-S), Range Twelve East (R-12-E), Southeastern Land District. West of the Mississippi River, West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana containing 129,598 Square Feet (2.975 Acres) as shown on "Map showing the Removal of Lot 3 from the remainder of the Dr. Isidore Cohn, Sr. Et Al. Property located in Section 92, Township 7 South, Range 12 East, Southeastern Land District, West of the Mississippi River, West Baton Rouge Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana for West Baton Rouge Parish" by Patin Engineers & Surveyors, Inc. sealed by Cletus Langlois, Registered Land Surveyor on May 7, 2002. Property in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, being a portion of Monte Vista Farms located in Sections 49 and 50, T6S-R12E, and adjacent to the West Baton Rouge Parish Correctional Facility and Work Release Center for construction of a Communications Tower and/or Building at a cost of $150,000.00.

    Purchase of real property located on Mulatto Bend Road, Port Allen, La. described as follows:

    One certain lot or portion of land designated as Lot A on map showing survey of a parcel of land into Lot A and Lot B by James H. Chustz, Jr., Professional Land Surveyor, dated December 14, 1999. Said Lot B is a portion of land lying and being the subdivision of a sixty (60′) lot fronting on South Mulatto Bend Road belonging to Cleveland Myers located in Section 40, T 6S - R 12 E, Southeast Land District, West of the Mississippi River, West Baton Rouge Parish, State of Louisiana. Said Lot A has the measurement and dimension as more fully described on said map by James H. Chustz, Jr., together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and appertaining. Triche, Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 28, 2006, said map being entitled "Map Showing Proposed Sewer Lift Station Site, Being a Portion of Lot 88, Flynnland Subdivision," a copy of which said map is attached hereto and made a part hereof and being designated as Proposed Sewer Lift Station Site, 870 Square Feet and fronting on Patricia Avenue, which is more particularly described on said survey. Said parcel of land is subject to servitudes as shown on said map and having such size, dimensions and measurements as shown on said map. A copy of said map is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B."

    Purchase of real property from Lawrence J. Billeaudeau and Annette Goudeau Billeaudeau described as follows:

    A parcel of land, lying, being and situated in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana in Section 24, T6S, R10E, Southeast Land District, West of the Mississippi River, and being described on a map prepared by Woody R. Triche, Registered Land Surveyor, dated September 8, 2005, said map being entitled "Map Showing Proposed 25′ × 25′ Sewer Lift Station Site, Being a Portion of Lot J -1, Balis Subdivision," a copy of which said map is attached hereto and made a part hereof and being designated as Proposed 25′ × 25′ Sewer Lift Station Site, 625 Square Feet and fronting on Pecan Street, which is more particularly described on said survey. Said parcel of land is subject to servitudes as shown on said map and having such size, dimensions and measurements as shown on said map.
