§ 1-14. Fees, fines and other monetary amounts determined by ordinance.

Unless otherwise required by state law, the parish council may establish deposit requirements, fees and fines, and relevant criteria pertaining to such deposits, fees and fines, by ordinance. Such information shall be listed with said respected ordinances, and are accessible to the public at the parish government offices.
